Emma Hamer

Emma has been part of the NIMTT team since 2015. She has gained extensive clinical experience with a wide range of client groups but specialises in mental health. Emma sits on the NIMTT Senior Management Team and enjoys thinking strategically about the growth of music therapy in NI.

She is passionate about raising the profile of music therapy and highlighting the impact of the work we do. Emma was previously shortlisted as a finalist in the Advancing Healthcare Awards NI (2023) under the category of Innovative and Creative Practice for her work in CAMHS inpatient services.
