Lauren Davison

Lauren graduated with an Masters in Music Therapy from the University of the West of England, Bristol in 2019. During her time there, she was privileged to be taught by some of the leading music therapists in the UK such as Leslie Bunt and Catherine Warner.

Lauren joined the Northern Ireland Music Therapy Team in 2020. Since then, she has experience working with a wide range of client groups of all ages in both individual and group music therapy sessions. Lauren enjoys working with individuals with learning disabilities and neurodiversity, dementia, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and mental health needs. She specialises in working in Mainstream and Special Needs Education settings. Where possible, Lauren enjoys working alongside other professionals such as Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.
